All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and payment and are priced per person double occupancy USD and our listed prices include the 19% local tax. Marine Park fees, if any, are not included and Gratuities are not included in the price.
In the event that the block of reserved rooms type is no longer available, but there is availability on site for different accommodations, we will advise you of what is available and disclose any price increase or decrease. If the alternative accommodation is not acceptable, then within 10 days of your initial payment, your booking will be cancelled and payment will be refunded to your credit card. Otherwise all other payments are non-refundable.
Single Supplement - There are a limited number of “Solo Rooms” that may be available, but are not presently reserved for our group.
If you book as a single in a room we will check real time availability for any of the “solo rooms”. We will contact you to confirm a “solo room” or advise you that no “solo rooms” are available, and you can either pay the “50% Single Supplement” of an additional $1,020 or request a refund.
If you tell us that you are willing to share a “double room” we will attempt to help you find a roommate. We can not guarantee finding a roommate, but if we do, we will refund the single supplement that you paid to confirm your booking..
All payments are non-refundable for any reason. You are urged to buy insurance to protect yourself in the event you cannot attend for any reason.
Substitute Person - However, you may designate another person to take your place, but only in a “solo room”. You are responsible for collecting any payment or adjustment in price between you and your substitute, and your substitute must agree to all other terms of the agreement or you will be held responsible.
