Terms & Conditions
Each participant by purchasing or participating in a dive travel package from Specialized Scuba Inc, whether a diver or a non-diver, agrees to the Terms and Conditions set forth on this page as a pre-condition for performance by Specialized Scuba Inc, its agents and third party providers.
Each participant expressly agrees to do the following:
Execute a completed Specialized Scuba Agreement and comply with its terms,
Execute a completed Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk for Specialized Scuba, and any additional Liability Waiver required by 3rd parties providing services, or any similar waiver for snorkelers or non-divers. Failure to refusal to do so shall be considered a default and bar such participant from participating in all water sports activities, and
Execute a completed PADI Medical Release Form, and present the original when requested
Complete and Execute such other forms that may be required.
